Required Documents

To board an international bus route, each passenger must have a valid international passport. The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the planned return date. Citizens of some countries may require a visa — please check visa requirements in advance.

The passenger must present their international passport and ticket (electronic or printed) to the driver when boarding. We also recommend having medical travel insurance valid in the destination countries. For children under 18 traveling without both parents, a notarized consent to travel from the absent parent(s) is required.

Luggage Rules

Each passenger is entitled to transport one piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg free of charge, which is placed in the bus's luggage compartment. Additionally, one piece of hand luggage (bag, backpack, package) weighing up to 5 kg is allowed, which is placed in the cabin on the shelf above the seat or under the passenger's feet.

Transportation of additional excess luggage is possible if there is free space in the luggage compartment and is paid separately. Check the surcharge amount when booking. Oversized luggage (bicycles, skis, strollers) is transported by prior agreement with the carrier.

Transportation of Animals

Transportation of pets in the bus cabin is allowed only if they are in an appropriately sized container (carrier). The animal must remain in the carrier throughout the entire trip.

Animal transportation incurs an additional fee and requires mandatory prior agreement when booking. Large animals (dogs weighing more than 10 kg without a carrier) are not allowed in the cabin. The carrier reserves the right to refuse animal transportation if it may cause inconvenience to other passengers.

Transportation of Children

Children under 14 years old can travel only when accompanied by an adult passenger. Children from 14 to 18 years old can travel independently with the notarized consent of both parents to travel abroad.

Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to transport in the cabin and luggage compartment: firearms and cold weapons, explosive and flammable substances, narcotic and psychotropic substances, poisonous and toxic materials, caustic and corrosive liquids, and items with a strong unpleasant odor. It is also forbidden to carry alcoholic beverages in open containers and to consume alcohol inside the bus.

The carrier has the right to refuse boarding to a passenger who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, as well as to a passenger whose luggage contains prohibited items.

Boarding Procedure

Passengers are advised to arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket. The driver checks the data and helps place luggage in the luggage compartment.

Boarding starts 15 minutes before departure and ends 5 minutes before departure. Late passengers have no right to make claims against the carrier. In case of delay, the ticket price is not refunded.

Border Crossing

When crossing state borders, all passengers must go through passport and customs control. The driver coordinates the process; however, each passenger is solely responsible for having the correct and valid documents required for entry into the destination and transit countries.

Border crossing times may vary depending on the workload at the checkpoint. The carrier is not responsible for delays caused by border control procedures. If a passenger is denied entry to any of the destination countries, the ticket cost is not refunded. For questions regarding document preparation, please contact +380 68 440 44 04.
