For international travel you will need a passport (valid for at least 3 months). For Ukrainian citizens, entry to Bulgaria and Romania is visa-free. We also recommend having medical insurance and booking confirmation.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage up to 25 kg and one carry-on. Additional luggage may incur an extra charge. Oversized luggage must be arranged in advance when booking.
To cancel or change a booking, contact us at +380 68 440 44 04 or +380 67 481 71 39 via messengers no later than 24 hours before departure. Refunds are processed according to tariff conditions.
